Crab Cooker
It is a low pressure propane (natural gas available by request)
cooker that produces a serious 200,000
btu/hr heat output through a 20 nozzle brass jet cast iron
burner, JETC20P which has a 1/2" NPT inlet. Dimensions of this
professional cooker are 16"L x 16"W x 18"H. Will work well
with the OPTIONAL
COM#2 assembly
(high pressure
adjustable regulator, POL propane tank fitting, and five foot
hose). Pot pictured below not included. A
removable wind guard for the front of this burner is included.
The cooker also comes with
an 8" pipe nipple and gas hose adapter (not shown in
pictures below)
which extends from the burner ring.
Of course
you don't have to use it only as a crab cooker, it works well
for lots of cooking applications which require high heat. Distance from brass burner
tip to bottom of pot is the optimum 16" -the ideal distance
for jet cast iron burner rings.

Cooker - The "MONSTER"
burner. This highly efficient outdoor burner is like no other
high pressure cast burner. The burner head and venturi weigh
10# without the 1 1/4" connecting pipe nipple and it simply
dwarfs all other conventional high pressure casts. It outputs
an amazing 225,000 btu/hr using an adjustable high pressure
propane regulator like the COM2. A removable wind guard for the
front of this burner is included. It is designed so that there
is a 5" distance between the burner and the bottom of the pot.
For propane use outdoors. We recommend the

an adjustable (0-20 psi) regulator with five foot hose.

When you need a LOT of heat for a REALLY big pot then the "BAD
BOY" crab cooker might just be your cup of tea. This is an outdoor burner.
This cooker uses our 32 jet nozzle, 320,000 btu/hr ring jet
burner. Like the CC200H pictured above the distance from the
tip of the brass jets to the bottom of the pot is set at the
optimum 16" distance in order to achieve the highest
efficiency. A removable wind guard for the front of this burner
is included. The cooker
also comes with an 8" pipe nipple and gas hose adapter
which extends from the burner ring. Designed for propane use
and we recommend the OPTIONAL
COM#2-30 adjustable (0-30 psi) regulator and five foot

Ground Level Cooker
For use with high pressure
propane. This fryer features sturdy 1" angle iron legs, a large
15" x 15" angle iron table top with eight heavy duty spokes, a
6" burner wind screen, and a 9" cooking height. Works
especially well for many cooking applications which are most
safely accomplished with a cooker stationed low to the ground,
such as in turkey frying. Heat output is 160,000 btu/hr maximum. Two heights (8" high-model WGTT or 16"
high model WGTC) of an optional folding WIND guard are available
for the model TC01H. The optional WING side table extensions
also work with this model outdoor cooker. We recommend the use
of a COM#2 (pictured below) adjustable high

Dual Burner Hot Plate Our steel dual burner hot plate has all the features of cast iron hot plates plus one very big advantage...strength. This dual cast iron burner hot plate uses 1" angle iron tops with 1" spokes. Heat output is 40,000 btu per burner. Dual Burner Magnum Hot Plate This dual burner hot plate is a heavier and larger version of the DBHS described above. It is normally outfitted with high pressure cast iron burners (pictured at right) which output up to 160,000 btu/hr each, but can be made, by request, with low pressure cast burners which use low pressure propane or natural gas. Low pressure burners output a maximum of 40,000 btu/hr each. The dimensions are 14" x 28" x 9" tall. This hot plate uses the same wind guard as the B014H dual burner stand (see top of page).
