PRIVACY POLICY

GasHosesandRegulators.com  takes the utmost care in protecting the privacy of customers and online shoppers. We do not lend or sell or rent any personal information. Shopper data is accessed only by those involved in the actual secure processing of the order.  Even though our online shopping cart shows options for a "mailing list" we do not use such a list.  We do not send out a newsletter or ads of any kind.  VISA and MasterCard force us to show those "mailing list" options in our checkout procedure and force us to maintain an index showing whether people opt in or opt out of the "mailing list".  We would prefer not to even have that on our website but we are not given that choice.  We do not use customers e-mail addresses for any other purpose than contacting them about a current order.   Nothing more.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer unless stated otherwise. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items GasHosesandRegulators.com offers a 14-day exchange/refund policy to internet and mail order customers for products which have not been used.  We do not accept items returned more than 14 days after delivery.  Burners, gas regulators, gas hoses,  cooker stands, or other products that show signs of wear, installation, or use are not acceptable for credit, refund, or exchange. Custom manufactured hoses or other custom manufactured items are not returnable. Manufacturer's defects in such products will be handled according to the printed warranty which states that such products will be replaced  and/or  repaired  by the sole option of GasHosesandRegulators.com. Paint is not warranted. This warranty is not transferable.  Owners presenting claims will be required to provide proof of purchase by way of the original purchase receipt.

Your credit card is charged automatically when you place your order online.  No items may be returned for credit, refund, or exchange without prior written consent of GasHosesandRegulators.com.  Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which includes our costs in regards to originally shipping the item.  For a Return Authorization number (RA#) call GasHosesandRegulators.com at (713)-222-0077 or you may contact us at customerservice@gashosesandregulators.com . Please note that an Return Authorization Number (RA# ) in and of itself does not guarantee the final disposition of a return request.  All returned items are subject to our inspection. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges on alternate merchandise originating from an exchange request.  Cancellation of orders placed online which are in progress, but not shipped, will incur a 10% re-stocking fee prior to a credit being issued.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pack the returned materials in a manner to insure safe transit. Merchandise returned to GasHosesandRegulators.com without authorization will be refused.  We will also refuse C.O.D. or freight collect shipments.  We suggest that small items be shipped UPS Ground Service "Insured". No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without prior authorization.
